Product Warranty

Our products are of the highest quality and will last for many years to come, for added peace of mind we offer a product warranty as defined below:

3 Year Product Warranty

Thermostatic Mixer Showers, Electric Showers, Shower Pumps, Extractor Fans, Electric Towel Rails, Walk in Bath Seals and Latch & Power Bath Motors.

5 Year Product Warranty

Bathroom Furniture, Taps and Waste Pumps.

10 Year Product Warranty

Vinyl Flooring and Wall Boards.

15 Year Product Warranty

Shower Trays, Shower Enclosures (exc. Seals & Rollers), Wetroom Formers, Shower Screens, Walk in Baths, Sanitaryware (exc. Cistern Fittings), Altro Flooring, Grab Rails & Shower Seats.

2 Year Workmanship Warranty

Labour warranties last up to 24 months*. When the warranty expires, labour is chargeable and we will provide a quote to complete the work.

*Please refer to your sales contract for the specific warranty terms applicable to your installation. After the labour warranty expires, whilst parts may be guaranteed and free of charge, labour is chargeable and we will provide a quote to complete the works. Product warranty applies to the original installation and is validated for the original purchaser(s) only. It is not transferable to a third party.

The product warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse or poor maintenance.
  • Exposure to aggressive chemicals, abrasive or destructive cleaning materials, super heated agents or naked flames and objects such as lighted cigarettes.
  • Normal wear, tear, ageing and performance deterioration over time due to hard water.
  • Faults caused by additions or alterations to the product without our knowledge and prior agreement.
